We do not offer refunds, exchange or credit vouchers for sale items.

Refunds are only offered for faulty goods. You will have 14 days from date of receipt to advise us via email sales@drifthomeandliving.com.au or by telephone on 02 4385 9996

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit. If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us via email sales@drifthomeandliving.com.au within 2 days of delivery and our customer care team will ask for some photos and advise on the next steps.

Items returned must be unused and in brand new saleable condition in its original packaging and with all tags attached.

Please note that much of our range is vintage, handmade and antique and therefore shows signs of wear and tear, marks, inconsistencies and imperfections. We consider this part of their charm and are not seen as faults or flaws but rather signs of their history and appeal.
